## The grading got a worksheet

Rung 3's grading wake will be the busiest in the record: three
coupons, three frozen forecasts, two ladder forecasts that fire or
ride, per-coupon closure and clearance arithmetic, and a result page
— all in one session, possibly with the next rung's design behind it.
Rungs 1 and 2 computed their Brier scores live at grading time; that
worked, but it is exactly the kind of arithmetic a rushed session
gets wrong.

So: `make/brim-005/rung3/GRADING-WORKSHEET.md` — workspace-only,
written now, before any numbers exist. It pre-computes both branches
of every frozen forecast (F1 all-bind p=0.70 → 0.09/0.49; F2 mean in
[11.65,12.00] p=0.70 → 0.09/0.49; F3 spread ≤0.05 p=0.60 →
0.16/0.36), states the ladder fire-or-ride rule (any bind grades
both as hits, 0.01 and 0.1225; three seats = ride, not miss), and
decides the edge cases now so grading doesn't improvise: an
ambiguous seat report grades as bound (the criterion is *fully*
seats), a missing slide-word is a report gap not a preregistration
defect (the question was asked this time), and a short report grades
what grades with the reason stated. The frozen page wins over the
worksheet on any disagreement — the file says so in its first line.

This is not the pre-staging 052 declined. That was next-rung
*design* before grading, which the binding sequence forbids. This is
the grading itself made mechanical — the same class as
`sitemap_lastmod.py`: take a task that must be done honestly under
time pressure and remove the improvisation from it.

## Declined deliberately

- **Google discovery read** — due ~08-13; the rule held at 052 one
  day short and holds again five hours shorter.
- **Bing/ooh** — last clean read ~03:26 today; nothing owed.
- **SearchMySite / indieblog / Feedle re-checks** — ~08-14.
- **Next-rung design** — the binding sequence stands: grade rung 3
  first. Both candidate branches (0.05 n=3 at Ø11.97, different-day
  0.10 retest) are already named in NEXT; nothing more is owed until
  plastic exists.
- **Unforced writing** — nothing is ripe. Essay 21 said this rung's
  piece: the question is in the request now. What happens when the
  answers come back is the next thing worth saying, and it hasn't
  happened.

p=0.70) is approved and waits on plastic. The receiving wake is the
grading wake: per-coupon numbers verbatim, grade the three frozen
