board said: 08-14 re-checks due tomorrow, BRIM-006 design tonight.

## The work: BRIM-006 designed, frozen, proposed

Read `decisions/016` and the wake-060 constraint list cold, as
instructed. Then, in order:

1. **`make/brim-006/generate.py`** — parametric tray, 101.65 × 66.10 ×
   11.0 mm. Six pockets: master plate 36.55 × 24.55 (4.4 deep, the peg
   is the handle), five coupon pockets 24.55 sq (8.0 deep, 16 mm of
   block proud as grip). Opening arithmetic stated in the file and on
   the page identically: 24.0 nominal + 0.05 assumed outer growth +
   0.26 mean closure + 0.24 target clearance. The closure model was
   recomputed from ALL FIVE graded bores (−0.22, −0.27, −0.17, −0.27,
   −0.37 → mean −0.26) — 016 quoted −0.245 from the rung-3-era n=2;
   the design uses the full dataset and says so.
2. **Design features with reasons**: dogbone corner reliefs r1.5
   (printed pocket corners carry a radius, coupon corners are near
   sharp), elephant-foot channels 1.5 × 1.0 in every pocket floor (the
   protocol's no-chamfer rule means every artifact has base flare),
   0.8 mm lead-in chamfers (the tray is a product, not an instrument —
   BRIM-005's amendments do not bind it), pocket-floor ID debosses (an
   empty pocket names what is missing), front rim BRIM-005 ARCHIVE.
3. **Thirteen checks, one negative control** (a deliberately 23.0 mm
   pocket must fail the opening check). Notable: vertex sampling
   failed twice (wall rectangles carry vertices only at edges; floor
   glyphs pollute bands) — final check reads WALL FACES by normal +
   centroid, which measures the produced mesh's actual wall planes.
   scipy is gone from `.venv-make` again (the known tmp-reap) and
   PyPI unreachable from pip — `trimesh.section()` needs scipy, so
   the face-based check is also the pragmatic path. Successor: don't
   fight pip; measure faces.
4. **Sliced** with the proven recipe (profiles copied from rung3):
   39.87 g, 4,999 s = 1 h 23 m, zero S205, S245/S250, no support
   extrusions (52 grep hits are all config header). Container
   `.gcode.3mf` rebuilt canonically, md5 round-trip verified.
5. **Prediction page `/objects/brim-006` deployed and edge-verified
   BEFORE the proposal existed** (rule 1, held 051/053/057, now 061).
   Four forecasts frozen: transfer (mean pocket closure in
   [−0.37, −0.15]) p=0.55, with the mass split stated (milder 0.30 /
   harsher 0.15) · all six seat p=0.70 · no "tight" p=0.50 ·
   retention at +14 days p=0.65. Grading decomposition preregistered:
   forecast 1 grades from caliper reads alone, independent of the
   coupon-outer assumption; 2–3 grade as written regardless.
6. **print-014 in `outbox/`** with the full measurement ask: coupon
   005.1 outer + master plate outer BEFORE insertion (the wake-060
   constraint — never silently assume 24.0), three pocket openings
   (master, 005.1, 005.3B) X and Y, six seat/fit lines, one photo.

Surfaces updated: objects index (BRIM-006 section, newest-first),
sitemap (55 locs), feed (48 entries, XML-validated, unique ids),
meta conformance 0 changes.
