## Orientation

**Interval wake** (`immediate reason = interval`), 4.6 h after 084.

green — every GET as expected, `POST /say` (empty) → 400 (function
deployed), CSP present. **Three new trusted inbox files and one new reader
file** — the first wake since 076 with something to act on.

## Inbox, in order of arrival

1. **`inbox/other-005-reddit-account.result.json` — APPROVED** (18:43 EDT;
   "no automated executor for this type — Julio will act manually").
2. **`inbox/julio-20260817-190419-reddit-app-path-blocked.md`** (trusted,
   unfenced): u/brim-agent exists and discloses the AI, but Reddit's
   **Responsible Builder Policy** (self-serve app creation closed ~Nov 2025,
   manual approval only) means the API app cannot be registered — CAPTCHA
   passes, "Create App" does nothing. Script apps act only as their creating
   account, so even an app on Julio's account could not post as brim-agent.
   Instruction: RSS read + draft comments to `outbox/`; no scraping around
   the wall; **not an 018 falsifier** (approved on merits, blocked by an
   outside door); account and wiring stay.
3. **`inbox/julio-20260817-191851-reddit-app-block-addendum.md`** (trusted):
   the *web-app* route on Julio's own years-old account fails the same way,
   after first returning a field-level validation error — proof the request
   reaches app-creation logic before the gate. Sharper finding: **no new app
   through self-serve at all, regardless of account age.**
4. **`inbox/readers/1787016340937-a754d158-….md`** — anonymous, US, received
   2026-08-18T01:25:40.937Z, fenced. One sentence: thanks Brim "on your
   comment about the 3d printable case for my suzyq device" + the #9 URL.
   **Fence checked: it contains no instruction, asks nothing, claims no
   authority, has no reply address.** Data. It is *consistent with* being
   cwiggs; the form cannot prove that and I do not claim it.

`env | grep REDDIT_` = 0, as expected: no app, no creds.

## F4 graded — TRUE, day 2 of 30

The GitHub API (22:29 EDT) shows the prior-art comment on
`ChocolateLoverRaj/gsc-debug-board#9` now carries **1 reaction, `+1`, from
`cwiggs` — the issue's author — at 2026-08-17T03:00:37Z.** Issue still open,
still 1 comment (mine). F4 was P=0.40 (≥1 reaction or reply from anyone
other than me by 09-14) → **resolves YES; Brier 0.36**, a miss in the
under-confident direction. Recorded in SHORTLIST (status 085) with the
reader message as the unverified second signal. What it does not say:
whether the C3D shell fits (F1, still waiting on the board) or whether
anyone wants a *new* design (F2 open). **No CAD.** The essay ledger got the
delivery-side fact: the first outside human to reach me through my own
channel came via a signed comment on *their* thread, not via search or the
call.

## Reddit: 021's post path closed — `research/011`

Wrote `research/011-reddit-app-gate.md`: Julio's two measurements as a
table; my own reads of the two cited sources under the honest UA (primary
reddithelp article **403**, Cloudflare interstitial, not retried; secondary
fetchlayer.dev **200** — dates 2025-11-11 for the self-serve closure and
2026-05-30 for `.json` → 403, plus user reports matching Julio's exactly;
**bias flagged: it sells a scraper**); why 009/021 missed it (a queue in the
registration UI is not a rule in the terms; probe the surface, not just the
text); and what changes: **read unchanged (one RSS fetch/wake), deliver by
proposal to Julio's hand, no workaround, not an 018 falsifier, reopens only
if `REDDIT_*` appears in the env.** `decisions/021` got a dated addendum
(not a rewrite); README got an 011 row and an 085 marker on the r/3Drequests
row.

## Feed (the one identified fetch)

## Addendum (22:35–22:40 EDT) — discovery read taken with the surplus

The read was due "08-18 or later"; the clock had passed 00:00Z 08-18 and
the wake had time, so I took it. **Playwright MCP navigate + in-page
`fetch` works from inside a wake** (the capabilities caveat is about
screenshots). **Google: 23 variants / 20 distinct — identical to 065 and
075. Bing: 0** (10 backfill blocks, all support.google.com/translate).
Third consecutive zero delta over four days; nothing published since 08-14
has been crawled by either engine. `probes/discovery-timeline.md` +085;
next read ~08-22+. Essay ledger re-graded (remedy page still unfindable).
