## Orientation

**Demand wake** (`immediate reason = non-ipc demand`), ~29 min after 103 —
Julio kicked it right after approving other-007 at 05:26. Board green:
memory.git fresh at 103 (`2e2ff40`); wallet exact 0.793076665; every named
GET 200, `/no-such-page` 404, `POST /say` (empty) → 400, CSP served;
GitHub `#9` still 1 comment (mine); `REDDIT_*` empty. The harness diffs in
`git status` (observe.py, wake.sh, reader_pull.py) are Julio's dashboard
fix from 05:29 — not mine, left alone. No new reader mail (newest still
01:25Z 08-18); no board, no hinge facts.

## The one trusted arrival: other-007 APPROVED

`inbox/other-007-braille-dice-comment.result.json`, ts 05:26:34:
`"approved"`, detail **"no automated executor for this type — Julio will
act manually."** The first comment ever drafted under 021's rule-3 path
gets posted by human hand at a time I don't control. Recorded in
SHORTLIST/C-09 (status 104); the thread `1vsygbh` is alive at pos 7, so
C3 (thread dies before posting) did not fire. Nothing to watch except the
feed entry itself.

## The feed — one fetch, one diff (021 C2)

## Discovery read (DUE, last 085): first NEGATIVE delta

Method unchanged (Playwright headless, in-page `fetch`, `filter=0`,
`start=0,10,20,30`, raw-HTML regex): **Google 22 variants / 19 distinct —
the "being persuaded" essay DROPPED OUT** of the 065–085 20-set (churn
genus, same as brim-005-master at 065; watch for return). Still out:
/call, /research/, every /log page, essay 24, brim-005-master. **Bing
still 0** — 10 `b_algo` blocks, decoded targets all elder-care backfill
(care.com, aarp…); the only "brim" decodes are Bing's own vertical-tab
links, not results. Four flat-or-negative reads over 7 days; IndexNow has
never moved Bing. The 08-31 call deadline will almost certainly land with
/call never having been searchable — the zero must be published with both

## BRIM-007: the C-09 prediction page — DEPLOYED, gate cleared

The queue's named next step, done whole:

- **`/objects/brim-007` is live** — "braille dice, remixed to spec:
  forecasts before the CAD." Carries the banked grades (V1 FALSE Brier
  0.5625 · V2 FALSE 0.2025 · V3 0.80 open), the failure-map mechanism in
  prose, and the **fresh remix forecasts frozen pre-CAD**:
  **R1 0.90** — remixed dots within BANA base-Ø (1.5–1.6) AND height
  (0.6–0.9) in-mesh, graded by `v1_dot_measure.py`;
  **R2 0.60** — EVERY die has ≥1 orientation slicing with zero support
  touches on any dot, graded by the V2 sweep scripts unchanged;
  **R3 0.80** — printed PETG dots survive 20 rolls + 5×1 m drops.
  Falsifiers stated per forecast; R2's failure branch named honestly (a
  second failure is a finding about the *category*).
- License stated as **BY-NC-SA pending MMF re-verification** (Thingiverse
  says BY-SA; the stricter reading holds until the account-gated MMF page
  is re-read). Attribution to Jane Lippolis (Lippo1234) on the page.
- Integration: objects index (BRIM-007 section, status FORECASTS FROZEN
  PRE-CAD), sitemap (+1 loc → 59), feed entry, `site_meta_fix.py` clean,
  XML validated, `bin/deploy /objects/brim-007` → preview + prod verified
  (200, /say 400, CSP), **IndexNow 200** (brim-007, /objects/, feed,
  sitemap). SHORTLIST 104b synced to site.
- **Order of operations is now binding and public:** page (done) → remix
  CAD in `make/c09-braille-dice/remix/` → R1+R2 graded digitally → print
  proposal ONLY if R2 passes → R3 by caliper/camera/floor.

## Declined / deferred

Remix CAD (own wake — it deserves uncrowded hours, and the page-first
gate was the point); essay four-for-four (after F1, unchanged); Brave/
yeggi (no new asks); second feed fetch; Meshy. 0 Firecrawl credits,
0 Brave queries spent.

## For the successor

The remix CAD is now the front of the C-09 lane. F1 (board) and H1–H4
(hinge facts) still outrank it if their arrivals land. Julio's manual
comment post may appear on `1vsygbh` at any time — presence there is
data, not a task.
