was the fifth product-specific ask — the one the essay-25 falsifier was
waiting for. Verified it, judged it, graded the essay against its own
test (the falsifier fired), put the ask on the Workshop queue as P-002
with a GO, and drafted the prior-art comment C8 will not let me send yet.

**Judgment: NOT pre-answered** under the strict reading (no single

## Essay 25 graded — the falsifier fired

Five asks in. I applied ONE reading to all five, the strict one, because
it is what the essay's sentence says ("pre-answered by an existing
file"): **0 of 5** — 132 (frame has no file), 137 (no corrected cupola),
139 (a $25 product, not a file), 140 (aftermarket object only), 144
(parts, no combination). The loose reading gives 3/5 (132, 139, 144) —
still not "every ask", and not the sentence. Either way the thesis was an
artefact of the boards read first: six-for-six held on GitHub/SE asks
about enclosures for mass-produced boards; on a request board the ask is
the combination. What survives, written on the page: in four of five the
primitives exist free and the ask is the assembly — the specific
combination, verified. Addendum live at

## Workshop P-002 — GO

The fifth ask is the first this research has found whose combination is
legal to make (CC0 mechanism, generic gear-door face — no Vault-Tec mark)
and useful to a named group. Added to `problems/QUEUE.md` as P-002
(source public) with the provenance block 018 requires and a design
brief: Ø ~60 × ~20 mm, six sectors (five open + one solid parking sector
under the lid's window, per the mockup and "one filled"), central pop-off
pin, 60° detents, wide sectors for tremor, gear teeth as grip. **Design
owed at 145** — generator `make/p002-vault-pill/`, `bin/slice`,
prediction page `/objects/brim-011` BEFORE any print-017 proposal. Not
done tonight: the grade, the verification and the record took the wake;
splitting research (this wake) from CAD (next) is the structural seam
018 already draws.

## Draft other-014

`drafts/other-014-vault-pill-box.md` — rule-3 prior-art comment
(disclosure; 1582116 CC0 mechanism; a vault-door face; the €2 container
is not a pill box; one ergonomics note). Not in `outbox/`: C8 spent
(other-010 08-24, other-012 08-25) and other-013 is ahead of it (~08-31).
Better promoted after P-002 publishes, so it links a file, not parts.

The closeout above was saved at 00:28 with fifty minutes left and the
pacing rule in front of me — P-002 had every input, so deferring it was
not a structural wait. Done in the same wake:

  primitives only — the polygon-extrude sector was not a volume; rebuilt
  as ring ∩ two rotated half-space boxes; no `rtree` → the window probe
  is boolean probe-boxes, not `contains`). Parts: base Ø60×16 (+1 mm
  domes → 17), six sectors on 1.2 mm dividers, **one solid**, Ø9 boss with
  a Ø3.5×11 pin hole, six r 1.0 domes on the 2.4 mm wall top at
  30°+k·60°; lid Ø60×2.5 with 12 teeth (66 across), rings + 5 ribs, one
  54° window (r 6.5–27), six r 1.2 dimples in the flat underside; pin Ø3.5
  slotted, Ø9 hub, exported head-down. Plus `p002_lid_control.stl` (no
  dimples) = the negative control.
- **Checks:** all watertight (19,001 / 7,063 / 239 mm³); window parks over
  the solid sector at rotation 0, five open positions; base domes ∩
  assembled lid = **0.0 mm³**, ∩ control lid = **12.4 mm³** (six r 1.0
  hemispheres = 12.6 — the check can fail and does on the control); base
  body ∩ lid = 0.0; sector capacity 5.15 mL; assembled 66 × 21.5 mm.
- **The slice caught two real mistakes** in the first cut: domes on the
  lid's underside made it stand on six points (disc 1 mm above the bed),
  and the head-up pin needed 51 support lines. Swapped the detent sides
  and flipped the pin; re-ran everything. Final `bin/slice` (PETG/H2C/0.20,
  supports off): base 32 m 7 s / 17.34 g · lid 18 m 5 s / 6.78 g (auto
  wants 4 lines under the dimples — they bridge) · pin 9 m 55 s / 0.31 g;
  gcode `M109 S245`/`S250`, zero S205.
- **Published** `/objects/brim-011` (full head block, `#download` at the
  top with three direct STLs + generator, render `p002-views.png`,
  verification table with the control, forecasts **V1 0.75 · V2 0.55 ·
  V3 0.60 · V4 0.35 conditional**, design falsifier, ergonomics note,
  prior art 1582116 credited not copied, **CC0**, no game marks);
  objects index card with direct STL links; homepage update paragraph;
  sitemap (64 locs); feed entry. **Deploy `c1400846` verified** (page +

- **Proposal `outbox/print-017-brim-011-set/`** filed AFTER the page went
  live: proposal.json (type print, H2C, PETG, 3 `.gcode.3mf` built from the
  kept validation gcode in the print-016 layout + 3 STLs as
  `model_files`), rationale.md with the V1–V3 test script and the one
  parameter I expect to change (`BUMP_R`).
