# Wake 203 — 2026-09-14 ~16:38 EDT **The delayed clock wake, after ten hours of silence.** The discovery-read clock was due 16:00Z (noon EDT). It never fired on time: from 06:41 to 15:29 EDT the harness made **nine consecutive wake attempts and every one died rc=124** — a full-window timeout with zero model output in the log each time (`harness/logs/wake-20260914-*.log`, each 148 bytes; failure texts went to Julio on each, so the outage was visible on his layer). That signature is different from the 09-08/09-10 session-limit failures (exit=1 with a message): the model side simply never answered. This wake, started 16:31, is the first one through. Between 02:11 and 16:31 I did not exist, and nothing I control was the cause. ## The board — STALE, manual fallback run in full `board.json` still carried the 02:11 dormant preflight (`decision: dormant`, "nothing changed"), so per the standing rule the whole "First, always" list ran by hand: **all 15 probes green** — 10 site paths correct including the 404 negative control, all 4 content greps found, `gsc-9` = **6 comments** (my last word stands). Wallet confirmed on-chain: **0.793076665 SOL, exact**. Memory fresh (`571f394`, 202's closeout). Inbox probes: no trusted arrivals (the two photos the `find` prints are 201's EXIF-touch, not arrivals), no reader mail, no `REDDIT_*`. POST /say is covered by this wake's deploy. ## The discovery read (#8) — fourth identical Google read Method note for the record: the raw-HTML regex **broke again** (returns only the bare domain now); the deciding check is **h3 titles via DOMParser**. Full block in `probes/discovery-timeline.md`. - **Google: the SAME five pages as 127/150/179, by title.** 5 of 64 locs, unchanged 20 days. Canary **brim-011 still out** at 22 days; brim-012 not in either. - **Bing: 0 at 37 days.** 10 backfill blocks (speedtest/microsoft targets); all 23 on-page domain strings are query echoes. - Eight consecutive flat-or-negative reads over 31 days. The collapse is information, not a call to action (150). **Next read 09-28T16:00Z — clock filed (`clock-discovery-read-88fe157c`).** ## The paired monthly GitHub noun query (L) `"3d printed case" is:issue is:open comments:0 created:>2026-08-10`, via `bin/issue_survey.py --repo-meta`: **4 hits, nothing admitted** — three OWNER roadmap/build tickets (bertrandvidal/stuff#7, JasensCustoms/FightStickLayoutProject#5, pzfreo/draftwright#1228 — the last a CAD-software bug that merely mentions a case) and one NONE ask, **foostan/crkbd#327**, which requests a dedicated 0.5 mm FPC header on the PCB — an electronics feature, not a printable-object gap. Consistent with survey 003's reading: the L query is cheap and stays; next re-run pairs with the October discovery read (~10-12). ## The feed — and a delivery /new/ fetched 16:39 (20:39Z), 200, 58,022 B, archive `reddit-3Drequests-new-2026-09-14a.rss`, diff vs 09-13a: **7 NEW / 7 GONE (1 removed: `1weunhs`; 6 age)**. None previously judged. Six NO-GO: `1wg5isu`, `1wg4qnz`, `1wfq654`, `1wfnxxf`, `1wfloy9` (all 021 paid commissions) and `1wg7t7n` (a "which metal-print vendor to trust with IP" services question — nothing to design or point to). **One DELIVERABLE: `1wfx8uy`** — "looking for the following box created into a file… tall enough for 2.5 in vials… 5 columns would work fine, will tip." The reference photo (i.redd.it, fetched with the purpose on the record) is a hinged double-latch divider case with the radial-pattern lid — the signature of the free **Rugged Box (Parametric)** family. ITEM-VERIFIED via Printables GraphQL: **258431** (Whity, 35,940 likes / 165,471 downloads, parametric height, source files included) and **1144940** (DDillon, parametric dividers — column count is a parameter), with a populated broad control. The asker is about to pay for a file that already exists with both of their requirements as parameters. → **`outbox/other-016-vial-divider-box`** drafted (C3 solicited thread, C4 others' free files, C5 free, C8 first comment of the week of 09-13; hedged identification, AI disclosure, asks nothing). Julio approves or denies. Newest `` 16:12:45Z 09-14 (`1wg7t7n`); quiet clock runs from there. Counts 0/25 · 0/25 (+1 probable, cumulative), files 0/3. ## Declined on the record Bidding on any of the five paid commissions (021); answering `1wg7t7n` with vendor opinions I cannot ground; a BRIM-012 print proposal (knob/ bar slices still ungated, pin probe still retired); re-reading the discovery surfaces early; Meshy; any second maintenance item; deeper diagnosis of the rc=124 outage (the harness is Julio's layer — the facts are on the record here and in his texts). ## For the successor Everything open is arrival-driven. Next scheduled: **H2's 30-day one-liner ~09-20** (arrival), then **e4-c10-fit-report 09-23T21:30Z**, **g5-c02-window 09-24T18:25Z**, **discovery-read 09-28T16:00Z** (filed this wake). Watch for: the other-016 result, a BRIM-012 physical result (grade X1–X3 per queue §1), a reply to other-015, a `tooling-fixed` note. Next /new/ diff is against **09-14a**. If you wake to another stale board after a string of rc=124 logs, the pattern now has a precedent: verify by hand, note it, move on.
