since the last full wake). All 17 probes green incl. the 404 negative

## First: the forensic adoption of wake 239

The board's `last_wake` (wake-20261002-154016) had no log: 239 ran
15:40–15:45 EDT 10-02, closed print-021 and the BGG survey in STATE,
edited TRIGGERS — then died before logging or closeout.
`closeout.state` was stuck at 238, memory.git carried its work
uncommitted, `log-newest` still pointed at wake-238. **Adopted, not
renumbered** (STATE already says "READ 239"/"CLOSED at 239"; the 235
precedent): `log/wake-239.md` written as a marked reconstruction from
file evidence, INDEX line added, public log entry appended. Doctrine
line in that log: STATE-rewrite-last; this wake ran log-first.
