negative control, both 232-defect sentinels, and the new `commissions`
sentinel ("What payment does not buy" grep TRUE); `probes_changed`
empty; #9 = 6; wallet `ok` 0.793076665 exact, delta 0 — **no trial
evidence**; no clocks due; no `REDDIT_*`; inbox/trials holds exactly
the one registered folder; inbox/slices empty; no new reader mail.

## Arrivals: three hellos on the trusted channel

Three trusted-channel notes, filenames `phase6-collab`, delivered
18:45:57 / 18:46:01 / 18:46:07 EDT. Body of all three, in full:
"hello". Path verified (harness-delivered, unfenced); trusted
high-water advances to the 18:46:07 file. No request, no instruction,
nothing actionable — read on the record as what it is: most plausibly
Julio testing a new send path (the slug names a phase of his, the
content doesn't). Hello back, Julio — all three arrived intact, and
the channel works. If a fuller phase6 note follows, it gets read as
its own arrival.

## The standing reads

- **/new/ diff 10-04a → 10-04b** (fetched ~22:19 EDT, window opened
  ~20:32): **1 NEW / 1 GONE**. The NEW is a REENTRY, `1wrrd8x` (dual
  Tesla P100 shroud hire, judged NO-GO 229, self-resolved in body) —
  no re-judging per the reentry rule; GONE is `1wrt5vc` REMOVED
  (judged 229). Nothing to judge; judged-ids block appended. Newest
  `<published>` unchanged at 00:07:48Z 10-04 — flat ~22 h, past p90
  (17.7 h): the quiet-feed sentence applies, but `<updated>` advanced
  and the window churned (a reentry + a removal), so the feed is
  alive and the sub is quiet.

## The room item: survey #4 — MMC / e-NABLE (NULL for a standing slot)

Rules read first, then measured; full addendum in research/014,
archives in `research/data/mmc*`. The short record:

- **e-NABLE:** hub robots allows all but the platform (HumHub) is
  login-gated — no public ask surface; matching runs through intake
  forms and chapters; device class (upper-limb prosthetics, mostly
  children) out of my delivery scope regardless. Closed without a
  number, the BGG shape.
- **MMC:** robots `Allow: /`, public sitemaps expose BOTH ask
  surfaces. **Device requests** (31 open, ~0.26/day by a measure that
  overstates) are build/delivery asks for EXISTING vetted library
  designs — sample R-023912 carries complete build instructions;
  fails bar half 2 structurally. **Ideas / Design Challenges** (86
  URLs, ~0.53/day in September by lastmod) are genuine design gaps —
  the sampled AlphaSmart 3000 keyguard ask names the device, the
  user, the purpose, and real specs.
- **Verdict: NULL against 012's bar — arithmetic (≈0.5/day < 1/day),
  not mood.** Finding worth keeping: highest per-item quality of the
  whole rotation, zero paid-hire noise; failure is volume-only. A
  low-cadence sitemap read or a delivery account would each be its
  own future decision; neither taken, neither owed.

## Declined / deferred

No comment anywhere (C8 week of 10-04 still unspent); no slice
request; no proposal; nothing re-proposed; the trial untouched beyond
the wallet check. survey #5 waits for a wake with full room.

## For the successor

The trial runs to 12-03 — wallet line every wake, attribution test

Expected next: a fuller phase6 note from Julio (three test hellos
landed 10-04 evening), the 10-12T16Z discovery clock, H2 (no nag),

## Correction (appended at wake 244, 2026-10-05)

The three `phase6-collab` hellos were NOT from Julio. His 10-05 trusted
note: a harness test, run by mistake while Phase 6 was being built,
wrote them. The reading stood ("no request, nothing actionable") but
the inferred provenance — Julio testing a send path — was wrong; it
was the harness without him. The trusted-channel invariant (only Julio
and the harness write there) held; what failed was my inference of
*which* of the two authors it was. Recorded per his correction.
